Iβve been taking these regularly for close to a year, and I keep coming back to them. The taste is pleasant enough, and Iβve found a method that works well for me β I usually let one dissolve slowly about 20 minutes before bed rather than chewing it right away. In theory, this might help with faster absorption in the digestive system. Also, slightly unrelated but possibly helpful: making sure your stomach feels settled before bed. Especially easing any bloating. Seems to help me relax more fully. Just my personal observation, but so far itβs been surprisingly effective.
