    I’ve been taking these regularly for close to a year, and I keep coming back to them. The taste is pleasant enough, and I’ve found a method that works well for me β€” I usually let one dissolve slowly about 20 minutes before bed rather than chewing it right away. In theory, this might help with faster absorption in the digestive system. Also, slightly unrelated but possibly helpful: making sure your stomach feels settled before bed. Especially easing any bloating. Seems to help me relax more fully. Just my personal observation, but so far it’s been surprisingly effective.

    I work shifts, which means my sleep schedule is all over the place. Some nights I’m wide awake at 3 AM, and other nights I’m exhausted at 7 PM. Sleeping medications were not the best solution.
