Been taking these before training and they do the job. I get a solid kick of energy, enough to push harder, and recovery feels quicker too not waking up with that crazy sore muscles like before. Flavor is actually nice, kind of like a sweet snack, and the texture is soft so no struggle chewing them. Super simple compared to mixing powders.
