You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

Approval & Instructions — If eligible, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
Return the Product — Ship the item(s) back to us using a tracked service at your own cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may require photo evidence to process a replacement or refund.
In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item if eligible.
