Returns Eligibility

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email our customer support team at hello@niagratonic.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Return the Product – Ship the item(s) back to us using a tracked service at your own cost.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may require photo evidence to process a replacement or refund.
  • In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item (if eligible).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased outside the United Kingdom.
  • Clearance or discounted products (unless faulty).
